Retubing and Refurbishment

Janus Neill’s proven expertise in retubing/refurbishment consistently shows it to be a cost effective alternative compared to new build, delivery times can be vastly improved minimising downtime. For example, a full retube of a 1000 tube floating head bundle x 6m long can be completed in 7 days compared to several weeks for a new manufacture.

Pressure Vessels

Pressure vessels of all grades and materials up to 3m diameter are manufactured. A full mechanical engineering design service of exchangers and vessels to internationally recognised codes including PD5500, ASME VIII and TEMA can be provided. Where possible cost effective design options can be offered.

Fabrication

Janus Neill engineers and technicians carry out various works to customers specific requirements including mechanical design and preparation of fully detailed fabrication drawings, on and offsite prefabrication, piping systems, structural steel assemblies in a full range of materials.
