Installation and Repair Services include:

• Removal/reinstallation of equipment
• Refurbishment of single and multistage pumps either on site or at our pump and valve repair facility
• Repairs to fans and motors
• Gearbox repairs
• Supply of component parts through our own Machine Shop by reverse engineering methods
• Laser alignment
• Dynamic balancing both at site and at our works. Our computerised shop balancing machinery will cater for rotating elements up to 1800kg.
• Maintenance contracts
• Condition monitoring and vibration analysis
• Surface coatings for both efficiency enhancement and to inhibit erosion- corrosion. We are an authorised contractor for Belzona Polymerics Limited.
