Fabricom Contracting Limited carried out the construction of a new Solvent Recovery Plant at the Polestar printing works in Sheffield.  The scope of work included the erection of:

275,000Kg    -   Vessels (Including 12 off 17t Absorbers)
31,000Kg      -   Mechanical Equipment, Pumps, Etc.
45,000Kg      -   Structural Steelwork
110,000Kg    -   Piping (Including fabrication and testing)

The project was initially delayed due to civil activities; however Fabricom submitted and subsequently achieved an accelerated recovery program from 12 weeks to 9 weeks on site, to bring the project in on time with no lost time injuries.
